Mark your calendar! The Fairview Forest Homeowners’ Association Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 @ 10AM.
The Property owners will meet to discuss community business, elect new Directors, approve the annual budget for 2022/2023 fiscal year and meet your neighbors. It has been a couple of years since we have had the meeting “in person”. There are many new owners who have moved into the community over the past two years. Come and meet them.
As usual a packet will be sent approximately 30 days prior to the meeting. The packet will include the proposed budget, proxies and other information about the meeting. In previous years we have made the meeting a luncheon, however this year the Board has decided not to have the lunch because of COVID restrictions.
A time has not been determined, but will be posted on here, so stay tuned for the time and other important information.
